Composition of the Resin:

RS-1010 is general purpose unsaturated polyester resin having low viscosity and medium reactivity based on Orthphthalic acid and standard glycols, dissolved in styrene monomer. It is specially designed for the manufacturer of roofing sheets, statues and filler casting products.

Compatibility:

Avoid storing the resin along with Metallic Driers, Peroxides and catalyst in the same area.

• Gel time, Acid value and Viscosity can be adjusted as per customer requirements.

Storage Conditions:

RS-1010 should be stored in a cool and dry place away from sunlight and other sources of heat, Preferably below 25c. At higher storage temperatures, The shelf life decreases sharply. Presence of moisture also affects the storage life of the resin leads to turbidity in the resin.

Stability:

On storage under above mentioned conditions, the stability for Rs-1010 is 6 months.

Supply Mode:

Resin can be supplied in 200, 220 kg drums or in 1050 kg IBCs.

Food And Drug :

All resins in this datasheet are manufactured from raw materials that are listed in FDA regulation Title 21 CFR177.2420.
