1- Warranty period

Due to the fact that all products of Saman Industrial Manufacturing Company have a warranty, in case the products have problems during the warranty period and under the warranty conditions, the services will be provided as a guarantee by experts sent by the factory. (Warranty service is only for repairing products and only includes free service for replacement parts and repair fee.)

All products manufactured by Saman Industrial Manufacturing Company include warranty services for a period of three to five years, taking into account the thickness of the sheet from the date of production.

2- Items out of warranty

In the following cases, the product (even at the time of product warranty) is out of warranty and troubleshooting is not allowed as a guarantee:

- If the product has been installed or tampered with by various (unauthorized) repairmen.

- If the product is damaged due to improper use by the customer.

- If the damage is due to transportation of the product.

- If external factors cause damage to the product.

If the product is in trouble within the first month of production and before use, the cost of transportation is the responsibility of the company and in such cases the cost of transportation is not received from the customer.

3- Performing non-warranty services

If the product warranty period has passed according to the production date of the product, or for any reason the product does not have warranty conditions, receive the costs of services and parts based on the service tariff and non-warranty parts from the customer Customer delivered. Due to the issue of product warranty, performing some services or replacing some product parts is not covered by the warranty and is done without warranty.
